Esta aplicación se dirige a aquellas compañías que trabajan con producto agrícola a granel y deben gestionar con precisión y agilidad los procesos de recepción de fruto, las operaciones de facturación y el pago a proveedores agrarios. Bodegas, empresas conserveras, envasadoras, almazaras y otras industrias agroalimentarias son susceptibles de utilizar esta extensión para Dynamics 365 Business Central. Su funcionalidad se organiza en tres gránulos:

  1. Recogida: Tickets de recepción, variedades de fruto, analíticas, gestión de rendimientos; control de envases, declaraciones de producción, estadísticas de recogida.

  2. Facturación de recogida: gestión de agricultores; pecios de compra; contratos; bonificaciones y penalizaciones; traspasos entre agricultores; facturación y estadísticas; IRPF.

  3. Pagos de recogida: Pagos anticipados; pagos contra factura; liquidaciones de cosecha.

Ediciones compatibles: la aplicación es compatible con las ediciones Essentials y Premium de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Países admitidos: España. Idiomas admitidos: esta aplicación está disponible en inglés (Estados Unidos) y español (España).

Harvest lets you record and access details about plots, input lines, and yields.

1. Plots. Use this card to include details about each plot and its farmer owner. You need to complete the following information:

  • Contract number. The code that identifies the plot; normally we use an automatically generated serial number.
  • Name: The name of the plot we are working on.
  • Owner: Person responsible for this plot.
  • Varietal Code: Use this field to indicate the type of fruit.
  • Farming type: The farming style of each plot.
  • Harvesting type: This field describes the harvest process (by hand, by machine).
  • Aging: This field indicates how old the plot is.
 
2. Input lines | Fruit Reception. Incoming fruits must be registered in Dynamics 365 Business Central through Reception Cards. They are structured as headers and lines. Each header contains information regarding farmers, plots, global tare weight, varietal type, and yields. Lines provide information complementary to the header.

3. Yields.

Use this card to record the yields for each plot. This card displays information about the maximum allowed quantity for each fruit variety, color, protected denomination of origin or type of harvesting. Once the yield card is ready, you can archive it.
